Nathan possesses knowledge and experience in a number of sectors. Having developed great customer facing skills Nathan has morphed himself into Hansei’s marketing and tech port of call.

Also, Nathan is the man behind the ever growing Hansei E-Commerce empire and the link between the customer and exactly what they want. Always eager to try new things and implement new systems he is pushing the business way beyond the 21st century.

Some of the areas and skills sets that Michael has become competent in are; 5S, Waste Analysis, Kaizen, Process Mapping and Root Cause Analysis. With an ever growing thirst for knowledge, Michael enjoys the process of understanding clients’ challenges and working with them to identify areas of improvement, implementation and control the standard set with the use of Standard Operating Procedures and Visual Management.
